We offer 24/7 365 technical support Call (631)-905-3477. After we personally install your POS System and train you in person. Our technical support group can provide live technical assistance for issue resolutions via telephone, email and remote access. Our engineers can also provide additional value added services such as remote training, remote installation and menu programming services.
It's a very simple process: First we need a W9 forum filled out, a voided check and a license.
Once approved by our bank we will need an existing menu or we can come in and scan barcode of stores products.
We then create a menu and will pick an installation date.
Installation takes anywhere from 2-5 hours depending on size of the store.
Once installed we do on site training.
Then your set and have access to our 24/7 live support if needed.
